Baptist Health Urgent Care - Conway North

The staff are fantastic. Great care and friendly!!! I would definitely recommend. They are top notch! I wish I could remember the name of the lady at the front desk. I really like her and the provider. His last name is Van Pelt I do believe. Took care of me on Christmas Eve. Professional and efficient!

Christmas Eve is not the day you want to be in Urgent Care but Baptist Health Urgent Care was phenomenal! Even though all appointments were booked and they had to "work us in", our wait was not nearly what I expected it to be. Everyone was so friendly and caring - the receptionist, nurse, and doctor were excellent. My mom got the best of care today!

Came in with flu symptoms and the wait time was very short. All of the staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable. The provider was extremely helpful in trying to get me feeling better. Overall, best quick care experience I’ve had in Conway!

We love Rachel! My daughter was being seen and she made she to explain everything she was doing to my daughter and made her feel comfortable! My daughter has a huge fear of going to the doctor and she made it so easy for her!

The visit to this Urgent Care was pleasant from the front desk to the exam room. I didn't have to wait, so that was a bonus. I would definitely recommend this location.
